Approved for ATEX/IECEx rated environments, the Roblan ARMOR LED hood is designed for installation in locations where flammable gases, vapours and liquids, combustible dusts and/or flammable fibres are present or have the potential to be present.

The ARMOR hood is protected by a pressure-proof and explosion-proof die-cast aluminium alloy and tempered glass housing - incorporating a high quality air convection design for high thermal conductivity and rapid heat dissipation, to extend its service life.

It can be used in explosive atmosphere areas Zone 1 and 21, Zone 2 and 22. It is suitable for hostile and corrosive outdoor environments.

The LED luminaire is equipped with a U-bracket for mounting on walls or flat surfaces.
