Shipping process
WEBMENAJE reserves the right to ship orders by the most appropriate means of transport at any time at its discretion. Normally shipments are made through GLS/ASM and Envialia.
Shipping costs are not included and will be paid by the customer. These costs are those indicated on the website and will be duly detailed. The shipping costs are automatically calculated according to destination and amount:
DELIVERIES TO THE ISLANDS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS WHICH ARE TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
ORDERS SENT CASH ON DELIVERY ARE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO THE SHIPPING COSTS.
The delivery time for products in STOCK is between 2 and 6 working days from confirmation of payment of the order. The delivery time for Spain (Islands) is between 5-10 working days.
In the event that the products purchased must be ordered from WEBMENAJE suppliers, the calculation of the delivery time shall begin at the time of receipt of the goods at our facilities. Customers will be informed if, due to delays in the delivery service of our suppliers, there is an unusual delay in delivery times, and may choose to keep their order on hold or cancel it.
When the order is shipped you will receive an email confirming the shipment and a message with the tracking number.
Attention: the delivery of orders placed during holiday periods (July and August, Christmas and Easter) may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of Webmenaje. If you wish to place an urgent order, please contact us by telephone (881 991 383 / 698 155 566) or by e-mail (info@ledsolintel.com).
Receipt of the order is the responsibility of the customer
If an order is returned to us, we will contact the customer by email:
- If the order is returned due to an error on our part, we will resend it as soon as possible.
- If the order is returned because you do not go to collect it, we will arrange for it to be sent back to you. The costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an order paid cash on delivery is returned to us, if the customer wants to place a new order, he/she will have to pay for it in advance.
