How to buy:

To purchase, click on the shopping basket next to your selected products.

The shopping basket shows you the products, prices and quantities that you have added to it while browsing our online shop platform.

Once you are happy with the order you wish to place use the “Confirm” button in the pop-up window or simply click on the shopping cart at the top right hand side of the page. This will take you to a page where you will be asked for your email address and password if you have shopped with us before, and if you have never shopped with us before you will be asked for your email address and shipping and billing details.

If you have already made a purchase and have logged in with your e-mail address and password, we will show you the address we have stored in our database for the delivery of your order. You can change your address if it has changed.

If you are a first time buyer, the form will appear empty so that you can enter your identification and address details.

After confirming your details, you will see a summary of your order on the screen. If you agree with the contents of the shopping basket, select the payment method and click on the button “I confirm my order”.

All the information you send us will be encrypted and stored on our secure server to guarantee the confidentiality and inviolability of your personal data.

You will also have the opportunity to provide us with any comments you may have regarding your order.

Customer identification

You can buy in our online shop, identifying yourself as a customer, who has already made a purchase in the shop, for this you must fill in the e-mail address and password with which you made the previous purchase, and click the Continue button.

You will then see the form you filled in for your previous purchase. If you wish to change the address you can do so, and we will save it for your next purchases.

In the event that the e-mail address or password entered is not correct or you do not remember the data you entered in your previous purchase, you can place your order by filling in your e-mail address and a new password again.

If you find any differences from your original order, you must report them before making the payment and wait for the confirmation e-mail for the differences reported.

Returns

From the receipt of the shipment and within 15 calendar days you can return the purchased item if it was not to your liking and has not been used. To do so, all you have to do is contact our customer service department and return the product in its original packaging (with delivery note, guarantee and instructions for use).

Once we have checked that the goods are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money. If the return is not attributable to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
